Payment and cancellation conditions
To reserve a place for the workshop, you must always pay the deposit in advance. Therefore, in order for a given action to take place, a minimum number of reservations must be made in advance. The capacity of the places is limited, after you exceed this capacity, your booking deposit will be refunded, or upon agreement with you, transferred to another workshop.
Method of payment
The deposit must be paid in advance to book your place. Whole price for the workshop must be paid before the start of the event and is a condition for your participation in the event. You can make a payment in the following ways:
- in cash on the spot
- transfer to account before
All payment details will be sent to you by email or written on the website in text of the event.
The deposit you pay for booking a place is irreversible and serves as a guarantee for the expenses associated with organizing the workshop. If the participant cancels participation in the action, the prepaid deposit is not refunded, whatever the reason for not participating. If you find somebody replacing yourself, your deposit can be converted to it. This is not the case if the person you have already signed up for this action has previously signed up for.
Canceling participation during an event
When a participant suspends participation during an event, the course fee is not refunded.
If the workshop is cancelled by the organizer, the participant is entitled to a refund of the amount paid to the organizer The deposit can also be converted to a different workshop if participant agree with this conversion.
